Welcome to the Wedding Questionnaire! 

Everything you need to plan out the details of your custom photo booth can be found here. Now, let's get started on designing your photo booth.

 

Step #1: LOGO CHOICES

Please select the logo you would like on your photos. When you fill out the questionnaire, you will need the logo number so please write this down.
*Keep in mind that all logos are displayed in gray scale, but we will re-create these logos with your color palate in mind.

**If You do not see a logo that will fit your type of event we will create a custom logo. you will just provide the information you would like on the logo instead of a logo number.

STEP #2: BACKGROUNDS

 Please select the background you would like on your photo strips. When you fill out the questionnaire, you will need the background number so please write this down.


*Keep in mind that we will re-create these backgrounds with your color palate in mind with the exception of the wood, burlap, or chalk board images.

STEP #3: PHOTO LAYOUT (Post Card vs Photo Strip)

Select the desired photo layout.  When you fill out the questionnaire, you will need the background number so please write this down. You will need know if you like the 4x6 postcard layout or the 3x8 photo strip layout.

Sometimes we have last minute questions when we arrive to your venue if the floor plan looks different, or if the power outlet isn't working, etc.
This is based on your included package hours.
Typically we have the booths set up 30 minutes prior to the opening time. If you would like the booth set up more than an hour before opening time we will have to charge for idle hours at $50 per hour.
Idle Hour Scenarios: Scenario #1: If you want us to have the photo booth presentable more than 1 hour before our start time. Scenario #2: If you would like us to open the photo booth for cocktail hour then close during dinner and the re-open after dinner. If You would like to add idle hours please include the time you would like the booth to be idle. If you do not need idle hours please leave blank.
If we are outside natural elements can cause issues. Its best if we are in a shaded area blocked from the wind. Being in direct sunlight can affect the quality of the photos or can make the equipment fault. Wind can also be an issue. We also require that a power source consisting of one outlet dedicated to only our booth be provided. We bring extension cords but anything over 25ft would need to be provided.
We will use this to design your photo booth and logo so please be very specific.

If your package includes a scrapbook please check your color preference. *
The Platinum Package and The Diamond Package include a scrapbook. The Silver Package DOES NOT include a scrapbook.

Each layout prints two copies.

Slow Motion Booth *Guests dance and pose in front of a high-speed camera and then we re-play the footage in slow motion. This create a super fun experience and memory! Hashtag Printer *Guests tag all of their smart phone photos with your unique hashtag which instantly prints in our printing station. Flip Books *Guests dance and pose in front of a camera. We then print these frames into a cute little flip book.
